Before I went to the cruise trip I was expecting to gain some weight because food was available 24x7 on the ship (including desserts and ice cream). Well, after the cruise I stepped on the scale and was surprised to find that I lost two pounds! Oh boy!!!
Well, that was April 8th, late Sunday night before my business trip to Kansas City on Monday.
Then went to KC for a week and after returning, I stepped on the scale on Saturday April 14th and found that I had gained 5 pounds in five days!!! I thought I didn't eat much in KC; only salads, steaks, and beers :-( Surprisingly my co-worker also gained about 5 pounds so I didn't feel too bad.
Well, a week had passed since last Saturday and this morning I stepped on the scale and I was back to where I was on April 8th (lost 5 pounds in 6 days). I still have a long way to go to shave some weight off my aging body, and I will start it off tomorrow morning on a 4-mile walk for the March of Dimes.
My goal is to go back to about 160 pounds and 28-inch of waistline, haha.

was thinking the same thing.....those extra weight must be the "water weight" during the flights to and back from KC.
Could be, I was having beers everyday until Friday...paid for by the Sales account manager. I even had Whisky Wednesday night!
