Man, I am glad that I found this song on youtube. I remembered hearing this song when I was a little kid. It urged the people in Hong Kong not to litter. Both English and Cantonese versions were included.
"The beach and the sun,
are there for every one,
and we must do our best to keep it clean,
so when you take a swim,
put your litter in the bin,
enjoy your beach and always keep it tidy,
陽光與海灘,
你我都有份,
合力使它清潔又美觀,
當你到海灘,
將垃圾放入垃圾箱內,
享用清潔整齊嘅海灘。"

those views are all "history" and where do i find memory from the 'non-existing landmarks'?? i like the idea of preservation of certain 'items'. you build new things around them or 'on top of them'... just let your creativity expands to no boundary. does being 'modern' always mean 'a process of destroying old/existing items'? there are hotels/buildings in NY that are more than 100 years old. there are temples (80% intact) in Kyoto, Japan are sitting inside a shopping mall.
another classic song.
