In two days (Feb 12th) it will march the 30th years since we immigrated to the United States from Hong Kong.
Man, it feels like it just happened yesterday. Time has passed us by so quickly and quietly.
I was 12 when I left Hong Kong....so my Chinese was half-full then. Today it's half-empty :-(
Can't say the same for my English; it has always been half-empty, haha.
Looking back, my parents had sacrificed a lot by coming here so I will always remember it.
